• Our smallest cake serves 8-10 people.

We are a customized cake shop and prefer having the order details a couple of days in advance. We also try to help our customers by taking same day orders for a simple cake based on our availability. Do give us a call for same-day orders we will try our best to accommodate you.

How early to order depends on the size, complexity of the cake and if the order is on weekday/weekend.

Weekdays:

• For a cake serving 8-25 people with a simple theme, you can contact us at least 2 to 3 days in advance of your event.
• If the cake has a complex theme or is serving more than 30 people or needs some specific paraphernalia then we advise you to contact us at least 4-7 days prior to the event.
• Wedding cakes need a good amount of planning, so please get in touch as early as possible.

Weekends:

For weekends we are generally overbooked so we would request you to please confirm your order a week or two in advance. In general please book your orders as early as possible to avoid disappointment.

All orders are confirmed only when we receive an advance payment towards your order.

Price for basic cake starts at $45

We provide 5 types of frostings

• Whipping cream
• Buttercream made with real butter
• Ganache – with white/brown chocolate
• Cream cheese frosting
• Mousse

Yes  flavors like Tiramisu /Rasmalai /Gulab Jamun are pricier than Vanilla /Strawberry /Cherry

Yes we do make custom cake toppers reflecting a name or any desired message.

Sorry, we generally advise customers to order at least 10 cupcakes even if it is for tasting.

Yes we do offer cake by slice/pastries to be ordered. Minimum slices to be ordered are at least 6.

Yes, we do deliver cakes/cupcakes for an additional charge.

Minimum delivery charge is $15 and increases with distance from our store.

• There is no additional charge when paying through money transfer apps like:   Venmo /Cash app / Zelle
• We accept credit card and paypal payments for a small fee
• We also accept cash payments in advance.

Yes, we do need an advance payment of at least 50% to book your order.

• Advance payments are fully refunded if the cancellation is done 1 week before the pickup date.
• Advance payments are refunded with a $20 fee if cancellation is done 4-6 days before the pickup date.
• Advance payments are refunded with a $30 fee or 50% of advance payment (whichever is greater) if cancellation is done 2-3 days before the pickup date.
• No refund of advance payment if cancellation is done 1 day in advance or the same day

Yes, we have our specialty in Vegan / Gluten-free cakes and have an excellent customer satisfaction rating for the taste.
